Your right to return

Egyptian consumer law generally gives online shoppers the right to return most goods within 14 days without a reason, and within 30 days for defective or not-as-described items.

Sourced-to-order items

Because most of what we sell is sourced to order, eligibility can vary by product type. We’ll always tell you plainly whether an item is returnable before you commit — ask on WhatsApp if unsure.

Livestock is separate
