To process and deliver an order we collect what’s needed: your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details. If you contact us we hold the contact details you give us.

What we don’t collect

Fulfilling your order never requires card details or passwords through our process — payment is handled by our payment and courier partners directly.

Who we share it with

Because most items are sourced to order, your delivery details are shared with sourcing/fulfilment partners — only the minimum needed (what was ordered, delivery details, paid/COD status).

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold, correct it, or delete it, subject to legal retention. Message us on WhatsApp.
