Our approach to live arrival

Live animals are a different responsibility than hardware. Livestock is sourced, packed and timed to give the best realistic chance of arriving well — but live shipping always carries some risk, and we’d rather be upfront about that.

The moment it arrives

Open and inspect livestock deliveries immediately, ideally with photos or video of the sealed bag as you open it. If anything looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp the same day with your order number and photos.

Our guarantee is being finalized

The exact conditions and remedy are being finalized with legal counsel. Until published in full, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering livestock for the current terms — we review same-day DOA reports individually.
