Because it’s true. We source to order instead of holding stock — you get exactly what you ordered, brought in for you, and we’d rather promise 30 honest days than fake an in-stock badge.
How do I pay?
Card or mobile wallet (via our payment provider), bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
Do you ship outside Cairo?
Yes — all of Egypt, in three delivery tiers (Cairo/Giza, Alexandria & Delta, Upper Egypt & remote).
What if my fish arrives dead?
Film your unboxing (no cuts) within 2 hours of delivery and contact us the same day with the video and your order ID — we review and agree a documented remedy. See the full DOA policy.
Can I cancel while my order is being sourced?
Contact us as early as possible with your order ID — we’ll tell you honestly at which sourcing stage it is and what’s possible.
Do livestock need special preparation?
Yes — your tank should be fully cycled before livestock arrives. Our care guides walk you through it.
Is my data safe?
We collect the minimum an order needs and share only order details (never payment data) with our fulfilment supplier. See the Privacy Policy.
