How delivery works

We deliver across Egypt by courier. Most of what we sell is sourced to order rather than pulled from shelf stock, so your item is sourced, checked and dispatched specifically for your order.

How long it takes

Typical sourced-to-order items ship in roughly 21–30 days. The estimate for your exact item is shown on its product page, in your cart, and your order confirmation — the same number at every step.

Livestock

Live animals are shipped with extra care — see our Live-Arrival (DOA) Policy.

Payment

We support prepayment and cash on delivery (COD), shown at checkout.

Delivery windows are honest estimates, not a guarantee against customs or courier delays. Message us on WhatsApp for anything not covered here.
